Tennis

We offer tennis players facilities for the whole range of tennis experience, from the leisure pursuit to a step on the path to Wimbledon qualification.  We have two floodlit hard courts in use year-round and three summer-only grass courts. 

Court availability
We operate a court booking system.  Although at most ‘off-peak’ times booking will not be required, we recommend booking for evenings and weekend sessions.
Court booking time sheets will be available on the Tennis Club noticeboard. The following priorities will apply:
Monday to Saturday

• Junior/Adult Coaching and Club sessions
• Court bookings
• Turn up and play

Junior coaching sessions:

• Monday and Wednesday, 4 – 7 pm, term time only
• Adult group coaching sessions
  Wednesday, 7 – 8 pm, term time only

Tennis ladder
For members who do not have a regular partner and would like to be introduced to members of similar playing standard, we have a voluntary tennis ladder. For further details contact Sarah Fielder - bamboofielder@yahoo.com.
